Established in 1970, Hill's Music Shoppe began in a one-room building where Mrs. Hill taught piano lessons & Mr. Hill began tuning Pianos. An idea to offer Sheet Music selections to her students expanded into offering Print Music for the local area. 

From there the business grew to offer Pianos, Organs and Guitars with an add-on next to the first location, with an expansion in Inventory & Music Instruction through Keyboard camps and workshops

A new building was built to encompass the growing needs of the business with the addition of a Christian Bookstore to fully service every aspect of the Church Music & Resources for the local area. 

 Three buildings and many years later, Hill's Music Shoppe opened it's doors at it's current location on Highway 158 By-pass in Henderson and is still run by Mr. and Mrs. Hill and their family as one of the last Family-owned, Independent Music Stores offering Pianos, Organs, Guitars, Sound Equipment, Band and Orchestra Instruments as well as Music Lessons, Piano Tuning Services, and Band Repair Services.

In the Fall of 2020, Hill's Music Shoppe, Inc. celebrated 50 years in business with a gathering of friends and family who had been a part of the business throughout the years.
